Business Challenge
Weber Media Partners had been in business 15 years. The CEO didn’t believe their efforts were generating the expected revenue and needed help with their pricing and profitability.

The Approach
Susan worked with CEO to develop and implement solutions to multiple strategic issues including profitability, lean management structure and types of projects best suited to the company’s strengths.

The Work
Susan met with key staff to gain a better perspective of the business model, the day-to-day activities and both the short-term and long-term business strategy. Through review of internal financial information she identified the obstacles to profitability.  Upon review of overall financial procedures, Susan made recommendations regarding staffing, and provided referrals to other business professionals.  Discussions with the CEO and other key staff led to the recommendation an advisory board be established to provide guidance and outside perspective from unbiased business professionals of multiple disciplines. She helped recruit the advisory board and continues to facilitate it today.

The Results
Revenues increased 30% the first year of working together. The company has developed a new business model and growth strategy based on their new understanding of the financial situation.
