		<description>There is nothing wrong with the above recommendations.  And there is nothing right about them.  I would be happy to illustrate how I could get around every recommendation made above (except #8 which I agree with).

Embezzlement prevention/detection require good internal controls and good internal controls require staffing resources which is usually impractical for the small business owner.

There are, however, a couple simple procedures, easy to implement, that will ferret out embezzlement before it has a chance to bankrupt the business and leaves your staff unemployed.</description>
